RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
RETURNS1/ There is a 14 day return policy. Returns must be dispatched within 14 days of receipt, except for personalized items, items purchased on promotion or with a coupon, and items made to order especially for you. Personalized items include parts modified to your liking or in your colors and are non-refundable.
Please let us know if you will return an item within 7 days of receiving it.

3/ Items sold together must be returned together.
4/ Items must be new, unchanged, still in their original packaging with tags and unworn. We strictly adhere to this policy!
5/ We reserve the right to assess up to a 15% re-stocking fee on all returns. If items are returned as sent, these charges are waived at our discretion. A 50% re-stocking fee will be charged if items are returned not in their original packaging and without tags. Used items will not be accepted.
6/ The buyer is responsible for the transport costs for the return of the goods which must be carried out in follow-up. The original paid shipping will not be refunded.
7/ Items cannot be returned in ANY type of packaging due to possible damage during shipment. You must use appropriate packaging material. If the returned item is damaged due to shipping in an inappropriate container, your return will not be processed.
8/ Please include a copy of the order form with your return.
9/ Please allow 2-5 business days after receiving your return for the refund process. Also be aware that some credit card companies allow up to 10 business days to issue a refund once it has been made, which is not under my control. This also applies to canceled orders.
10 / Personalized orders are not refundable: personalized jewelry, personalized headdresses, special accessory colors.
1 / Notify us that you wish to exchange an item by contacting us within 7 days of receipt of goods.
2 / Please give us your order number, the item you are exchanging and if possible the item you wish to exchange.
3 / Items sold in sets must be exchanged in sets.
4/ The articles must be new, unchanged, always in their original packaging with labels and unworn.
5 / Upon receipt of the item to be exchanged, you will receive a reduction code for the value of your item excluding the shipping costs applied. This code is valid throughout the store and has a limited duration of 15 days.
6 / If you are in a hurry, just follow the instructions below: let me know you want an exchange, but go ahead and buy the item you want instead and return the item you don't want. Once I have received your exchange, I will refund your purchase price (excluding shipping charges applied) with no restocking fees.
1 / A cancellation must be requested under 4 hours after purchase. The reimbursement will be made immediately. After this deadline, no cancellation request will be accepted.
2 / Be aware that some credit card companies allow up to 10 business days to issue a refund once it has been done, which is not under my control.
1 / If your item arrives in damaged packaging, please do not accept delivery from the post agent.
2 / If your package arrived damaged in the mailbox, please contact us and we send a photo within 24 hours of delivery. In most cases (for purchases in Metropolitan France), a return label will be sent by e-mail and a replacement item will be sent as soon as the defective item is dispatched. I cannot provide a return label for international customers, so please be aware that proof of postage will need to be provided before a new item is dispatched.
Due to variations in the supply lots, colors may vary slightly from order to order. All lengths and sizes shown are approximate and may vary slightly, as these are the handcrafted and hand wired parts. Images depicted on the website are often enlarged to show detail and may be subject to photographic distortion. Please pay attention to the size descriptions! Individual monitor settings may alter the colors depicted. Natural elements such as feathers, cultured freshwater pearls, and seashells vary from room to room due to the nature of things natural.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (FRANCE)
1/ Costs and delivery times
- Tracked letter D+2 at €5.00 (tracked, deposited in BAL, uninsured)
- Registered letter D+2 at 9.50 € (tracked, delivered against signature, insured)
2/ Processing time
Most items will ship within 3 - 5 business days (Monday - Friday), except peak season (June - August) where times can increase to 5 - 7 business days.
Exceptions may occur for custom orders that require a stock supply.
3/ Delivery methods
Most orders are shipped by post. Please make sure your delivery address is a safe place to leave a package. Shipments marked as tracked are not covered by insurance or HappyWeddingDreams. Please choose signature confirmation if you do not have a secure location for your order when choosing your shipping method upon departure.
4/ Rush orders
If you need a certain item rather than the expected processing time, please contact me (via the "Message Us" button at the bottom of each page or at email@example.com) to check the possible shipping time before to order!
An "urgent order" service (carried out in 24 hours) is available to you at a price of 5.00 €. Please note that all shipments are made before 10am. So, if you use "urgent order" from 17pm (French time) your order will not be shipped until two days later (excluding holidays).
Ex: urgent order placed on 01/01 / XXXX before 17 p.m. will be shipped on 02/01 / XXXX (excluding public holidays)
urgent order placed on 01/01 / XXXX after 17 p.m. will be shipped on 03/01 / XXXX (excluding public holidays)
1/ VAT, Import taxes, Customs tax
Import taxes, surcharges or duties are not included in the item price or shipping charges. The charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these charges will be and how to pay them before purchasing an item. These charges are normally collected by the delivering company or when you collect your item. Do not confuse them with additional shipping costs.
I do not mark the values of the goods below the value or mark the items as gifts. French and international government regulations prohibit such behavior. Once an international package leaves France, it becomes the property of the destination country.
We are not responsible for customs delays.
HappyWeddingDreams is a small business not subject to VAT so published invoices will not display this tax.

The delivery costs are fixed and based on the least weight. The shipping price is shown at the time of checkout.
International shipping times are not guaranteed and do not include customs clearance times (variable for different countries and different periods of the year).

European Union and Switzerland: 5 - 10 working days
Rest of Europe: 7 - 12 working days
USA: 10 - 20 working days
Rest of the World: 15 - 25 working days
International monitoring is carried out as follows:

Non-exhaustive list likely to change during the year.
* For any shipment to another destination, tracking is done up to the French border.
